Hometown Wine Company appreciates your loyalty and support. Hometown Wine Company has the right to modify, add terms and conditions relative to the needs of the business. Hometown Wine Company has the right to refuse service. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Shipping Policy
Hometown Wine Company uses UPS for all shipping needs. Shipping costs range depending on size, weight and location of delivery. Hometown Wine Company fulfills orders within 48 hours of placing the order, Monday through Friday, unless on back order. Orders placed after 12 noon, Pacific Standard Time, will be processed the following business day, unless on back order. UPS delivers in residential areas Monday through Friday (Saturday for additional cost) from 9am to 9pm. UPS delivers to business locations Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm. Shipping options to be determined during check out process. Hometown Wine Company only provides shipping options in the United States.
If a package becomes missing and/or lost in transit, please contact Hometown Wine Company immediately at: shop@hometownwineco.com.
User Shop Accounts
User Shop Accounts remain safe and secure with Hometown Wine Company and will not be traded, bought or sold. It is up to the user to provide up to date and accurate information for Hometown Wine Company to use for all shipping needs, consulting and private events.

Hometown Wine Company values quality of product and service. Conditions that warrant a return or refund within 30 days of purchase only would need to be communicated to Hometown Wine Company directly for resolve. Downloaded educational experiences - all sales are final.
Cancellation of all educational experiences need to be done 7 days before event date for a full refund.

Hometown Wine Company is excited to come to you for all educational experiences! 30 miles total of travel is included with each course. If additional travel is required it will be at the expense of the purchaser. Expenses for travel include time, milage and other travel expenses such as airfare and/or lodging.
